Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to offer this time to other clients.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, work commitments, or personal circumstances. If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances, please discuss this with your counsellor.
Please note, a valid debit or credit card is required to be kept securely on file in order to book and attend appointments.
